Consultation & Fee

What the Consultation Includes:

We will discuss what you are desiring to achieve in your garden area.

I will take measurements of the sections you want sketches for (at times, I may have to come back to take more measurements).

The consultation fee includes a suggested plants' list (based on the measurements, sunlight, and your requests) that will be emailed to you before sketches start.

Price: $20 per hour, from the time I leave my house til the time I arrive back at my house.

Landscape Sketches & Fees
​My hand-drawn sketches will enhance your landscape and gardening experience by suggesting plants that will beautify your space and give you an idea of how many plants to install. When each sketch is done, you will be emailed a PDF file of the sketch for your records as well as a detailed list of what plants and how many of each plant should be installed.

Hello!
My name is Emily, and I am so pleased you are considering Emily's Gardening by Design! I am originally from England and currently live in Raleigh, North Carolina. I am a student working towards a B.A. Communications and Media for Marketing and a certificate in Horticulture Science. I have a passion for gardening, being creative, and making a difference, to show the beauty around us.

Emily's Gardening by Design offers hand-drawn sketches for gardens, giving you plant suggestions and the number of plants to install, allowing your space to feel like your home and having a space that helps bring family and friends outdoors.
